BLUEFIELD STATE PARTNERS WITH FOCLA IN SECOND ANNUAL CLOTHING DRIVE FOR FAMILIES IN NEED

Dr. Ted Lewis, President of Bluefield State University, Beckley Campus delivered to the Friends of Coal Ladies Auxiliary warm coats, pajamas, gloves, and socks collected by the students and faculty during their Second Annual Clothing Drive held this winter. These much-needed items will be distributed by the FOCLA to under-served families in need in Raleigh County through their Giving Hearts program. The FOCLA is grateful for the kindness and generosity of their Bluefield State partners to meet their mission of “helping others” in need in our community.  Please go to friendsofcoalladies.com for more information about this non-profit organization and the services provided.
